The Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT has comprehensive technical expertise in the areas of fabrication of optics, tools and molds. Our partnership with one of the leading production technology research institutes allows us to learn from the latest in research results. By leasing the institute's own highly modern machining and measurement technology, we are flexible even at this early stage of our company's history and can also handle larger production volumes for our customers.

A cooperation agreement with Toshiba Machine Co. Ltd. (TMC) gives us access to the extensive know-how of Japanese series production. TMC is one of the few commercial suppliers of mature, production-ready systems for precision molding (GMP series) and has extensive expertise covering the entire process chain.

In particular during our founding phase, Toshiba has been our driving force. Cooperation with the Asian technology leader was the basis for the successful development of Aixtooling GmbH.
